I was diagnosed with Endo in May and along with all the other joyous symptoms I experience I AM TIRED !!!
I wondered what everyone’s experiences were with Fatigue. I know it can be related to Endo so just wondered if any of you lovely lot had been diagnosed with Chronic fatigue syndrome after your Endo diagnosis? I mean don’t get me wrong I work part time and can socialise when I push myself too , do housework etc but I am genuinely exhausted all of the time and have very very low energy without caffeine. I have trouble sleeping on a night even though I’m so exhausted.
Any advice 💛

Fatigue is one of the symptoms I struggle with most, it can be so debilitating
I find I feel better when I follow the endo diet. As hard as it is when you’re really tired, reducing caffeine may also help. Sugar seems to be a pain/inflammation trigger for me so I’m trying to reduce this too (not always successful as I have a sweet tooth!) xxx
I second the endo diet - it really does help. Caffeine is a big no no, and you may well get headaches coming off it but long term it will reduce inflammation. Its important to still exercise, though that always made me more tired it was a good tired and therefore a quality sleep so I felt much better the next day.
If its affecting your day to day, the only answer is surgery to get rid if it.
Where do I find information on the endo diet? I’m already on quite a precise diet at the moment as I suffer with severe IBS. I’ve already had surgery hence the diagnosis . Thank you for your help ladies x
