Tomorrow I have got an appointment with the gynaecologist. I have not yet been diagnosed with endometriosis and at the last appointment she told me she does not want to give me the lap because of my age. However, I have since been referred to the bowel surgeon for a colonoscopy, although they both suspect endometriosis. I really want to push for a lap, as I want a diagnosis. Should I ask for the lap? And what do I say if refuses to send me for a lap?

Ask for the lap. Look up the NICE guidelines for diagnosising endometriosis. This should help you get what you want knowing what route they should take etc.
