Constant spotting

Right here it goes !!

I was rushed into hospital in June 2017, for what they thought was appendicitis’s only to find when they went in, I had a large cyst that had burst and a lot of scaring and endometriosis, they gave me a good wash out ( as they put it) I then had the coil fitted and for about 16 months I was great. However I am now back seeing my gynaecologist, I have been on prostrap injections for 7 months now with estrogel , ustrogen tablets and they are trying to decide if they should give me a hysterectomy, leave me with my ovaries or give me another wash out. As I am only just 40. I have 2 beautiful children and I don’t want anymore.

I am not having the greatest experience with the gynaecologist team I am under as no will tell me what’s the best thing to do and I am constantly being passed from one different doctor to another I have had 4 appointments all with a different doctor. I have been bleeding now with period pains since May 21st and I really don’t know what to do. My next gynaecologist appointment isn’t until middle September. Any advice would be great.

I’m just deciding to go for a hysterectomy due to very heavy bleeding which rules my life. It’s a lot to weigh up isn’t it? If you’re between appointments I would go see your GP and ask if your next appointment can be brought forward. Good luck x
