Provera 10mg

Has anyone been prescribed provera 10mg 3 times daily? Just wanted to know how long after starting them does bleeding start? Having terrible cramps but nothing yet.

That dosage should prevent bleeding, not induce bleeding. I’ve been on it at that dosage for a few weeks and I didn’t experience any breakthrough bleeding. It didn’t agree with me on general though.

You’ve got to be kidding me. My gyne prescribed it for me as I haven’t had a period in 4 months now. I’ve only got a 7 day course.

Ahh in that case, you should get a bleed within a few days of stopping the course!

Oh brilliant. Fingers crossed then as he won’t do the lap if I haven’t had 3 periods or more this year

There the same as norethesterone take them and within 3 days of stopping them u will take a period it might be a bit more cramps than normal I have that when I stop them

I dread my periods as they are so bad but for them to just stop out of the blue concerns me and my blood results weren’t great. So just hoping this kick starts my cycles again.
