I’m currently undiagnosed (lap in 3 weeks) but have suffered with what I suspect is endo for years. My gynecologist has recommended I go on birth control to moderate the symptoms, but I refuse to put the chemicals in my body. I know it’s not something many will agree with, but a lot of the medications recommended have long term effects far worse than the endo itself and I don’t want to risk further damage to my already sensitive body. I’m hoping some of you may have gone the naturopathic route and may have some recommendations for vitamins and supplements?

Look into the anti inflammatory diet. Try and increase your omega 3 intake. You could take a fish oil supplement. Before I was finally diagnosed last year I discovered a report on a trial that was done giving high doses of vitamin E to endometriosis patients. It seems to indicate success though the sample tested was under 100 patients. I also read that selenium is given to cattle with endometriosis. It's good for our immune system to so I take it now as part of a multi vitamin for women called Premtis from a company called nature's best but you could take it as a single supplement. I would also read up on Turmeric and castor oil packs as many people have success with these. I've tried hormones' but my body can't cope with them so having got surgery I'm doing the best I can naturally and also find physiotherapy beneficial.
Also the most useful book I was recommended was Lara Briden's period repair manual. She discussed many period issues including endometriosis. (She's not a fan of hormones) and recommends supplements. It's all backed up with studies.
Thank you so much for the response. It has been hard to connect with people taking a more natural approach, doesn’t seem to be very common. I’m working on changing my diet now and will be ordering the book hopefully in time to read during recovery. ❤️
Sounds like you might want to visit the Wendy K Laidlaw website, she healed her endometriosis naturally. Her some of her starter suggestions are: Serrapeptase Enzyme, Meditation music, use organic products only, Which is different things to try from the standard Pelvic physio, diet, exercise, Operations etc etc etc.
