Hi Sarah. I haven't tried it yet but there is something called an ohnut which is meant to help. I think it helps penetration not be too deep. I have painful sex and it really gets me down too xxx
Sex is really painful for me too. The only thing that slightly helps is lots of Lube but it doesn’t help with the pain after, I’m still looking for other ways to help too! Hope you find something!
Hey, I have painful sex too. It was really bad before surgery to the point my relationship at the time ended. I had relief after surgery for a short period of time but the pain is coming back again.
You’re not alone with this but I find a lot of foreplay before makes it a little better but I still get pain after xx
I was in a similar position, was diagnosed with vaginismus and pelvic floor dysfunction after holding years of tension in my abdomen. Have you tried dilators? I was unable to even get a finger in when I first started 4 years ago but with pretty much daily work, am now able to reach the biggest one without pain. Also found out that my uterus is tilted which is causing some of the pain too, so we've had to try different positions and things to figure out which one is as pain free as possible! Pelvic floor therapy is a lifesaver! x
Hello, I've been diagnosed with POD endometriosis.
During sex I use a lot of oil and I also insert plant based vaginal suppositories (which are made for lubrication purposes) before sex. This is really helpful in my case.
The worst thing is that I have pain after sex, which sometimes lasts for the next 2-3 days. It manifests as lower belly pain, back pain and extreme bloating... I've also read about Ohnut and was thinking to order it. Has anyone direct experience with it?
