I was waiting to start my IVF treatment and just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant after no show of my day 1! We have been trying for around 3 years now and i have stage 4 endo which is on ovaries, pouch of Douglas, bladder and bowels and I have been worried that I have been having endo pain since having a positive test when the doctors have told me it would get better. I usually take naproxen for my pain but since I can only take paracetamol now it's going to be tough. Does anyone know of any safe alternatives? Thanks in advance.

Pain relief for endo pain whilst pregnant
Hi i also have endo and am nearly 5 weeks pregnant and know how you feel so far I've managed not to take anything as the pain hasn't been constant and luckily happens mostly in the evening nighttime when I'm not in work, i have read that all the stretching and rapid growing in the beginning is what aggravates it as it pulls on the adhesions i don't think there is anything else we are allowed to take with being pregnant hopefully it will calm down
Hi, just an update.
I m currently recovering from major surgery.
The pain was actually from burst cysts on my ovary. I was admitted to hospital who diagnosed me with all sorts before being rushed to theater with very high infection markers in my blood. They went in not knowing what was wrong. My appendix was covered in endometriosis so they took it out. And I was full of puss from burst cysts. I had a lot more cysts which were cut open and drained and also my tube was infected. I also had 2 hours of bowel surgery to remove my bowel from being stuck to my womb as that would have caused problems later. I am very lucky! Scans show I'm 8 weeks pregnant still, with a strong heartbeat!
The pain I was told that was just endo and stretching pain was actually cysts popping and infecting me. Please if you are in constant pain do ask for a second opinion.
