Misoprostil effects on endo-sufferers?

Excision lap 3 mos ago. I had to end my pregnancy at 5 weeks and am still suffering from severe cramps and heavy bleeding a week after taking the misoprostil. (It's gotten worse, not better.) I've always had light periods so this amount of blood is a bit alarming for me. Anyway, is this med supposed to have more dramatic effects for endo sufferers? When does the pain and bleeding stop? Any feedback appreciated.
