possible endo and nausea..or something else?

Hi, i have not been diagnosed with endometriosis but i do have an ovarian cyst and very strange symptoms that have been going on for 2 month now. I always had painful periods somewhat heavy but was always managed with advil. For a while i started experiencing a strange poking sensation on my lower right abdomen, i brought my concerns to my gyno and was told its most likely had to do with ovulation or my period. Since about 2 months ago the poking became an every day thing as well as a pretty bad lower back pain on the right side, consistent cramping and if i press on my tummy around belly button i get sharp pain that goes away right away after i relive the pressure. I also started waking up with nausea which would last though the day on and off. In addition i started spotting during ovulation, very mild for 1 day. I went to see my gyno they did an ultrasound and found a cyst but since it was done right before my period they wanted to redo in a month after my cycle. I have not gotten my period yet but have been nauseous, cramp and with back pain for over a month now. I am also very exhausted to the point where i can't keep my eyes open and have to take naps, and one other symptom that i actually had before all these is a feeling of food stuck in my chest ( i did have an endoscopy and found nothing but some mild gerd). Are these symptoms of endometriosis or ovarian cancer? I keep reading online and symptoms are so similar, i am so worried. My gyno does not seem to be to concerned.

Has anyone experienced nausea and feeling of something stuck in chest with endo?

Hi!

I have endometriomas too and I experience similar symptoms. Back pain, hip pain, leg pain, nausea, fatigue etc. is all part of the endometriosis package, sadly. My symptoms have improved somewhat since I switched to low carb diet but I’ll still need surgery to remove the cyst. Also, I need to take it very easy during my periods or else there’s extreme fatigue and pain that will knock me over.

Sharp pains and pulling could be due to adhesions which is a common problem with endo. I too have that and sometimes cannot even stretch or sneeze without feeling stabbing pains.
