Pain and a very low day

I have had such a hard week and it all came crashing down on me today i came on my period for the first time since coming off of the mini pill on sunday (had to stop due to breast lumps) dreading going to work due to heavy painful periods and the pain is horrendous... monday and tuesday i bleed through my trousers at work and today the pain was so bad i looked like a zombie i got out of work and literally sobbed somedays i feel like its so so unfair im sorry to be moaning just felt so drained and fed up does anyone have any tips for back pain?? Its the worsttt somedays xx

Hi Victoria sorry you are having the same problem as me with flooding through clothes, I can’t offer any advice on that. For back pain I have a really hot shower and take paracetamol then get a good nights sleep. Hope you are feeling a bit better x
