Loestrin with additional norethistrone or norethistrone on it's own ?

I'm currently on loestrin but had to add 2 x 5mg does of norethisterone a day to manage endometriosis symptoms , my question is long term am I better off having no loestrin and just having norethistrone ? Which one whould have a better effect on the endometrial leisons ? Not fussed about the contraceptive value just can't handle any periods or undesirable bleeding ?
