I'm experiencing severe chronic fatigue and am starting to feel very down.
I presume the fatigue is due to a combination of over-exertion/stress at work, as well having had three periods in the space of four weeks (thanks to the mini pill that was meant to stop them all together).
I've been off work for three weeks and haven't had a period during this time but am still feeling completely exhausted. Sometimes it comes in waves and sometimes it lasts from the moment I wake up until the moment I go to bed.
I feel like it's taking over my life.
Any advice on how to manage this - or how to try and minimise it in the first place - would be much appreciated x

I have RA, Crohns and Endometriosis. It’s my normal. I work full time and sleep. That’s my life. I try my best to minimize any symptoms with a very controlled diet.
Auto immune issues run your adrenals and immune ragged. It’s always fighting inflammation so in turn never rests. At least this is how it was explained to me.
I am on Prostap and hopefully having lap in few months time and I have this fatigue. I started having it even more when I started Prostap, I was falling asleep at work I was so exhausted and what I did was try not to fight it and go with it, I slept for about 10hrs every day and tried to rest as much as I could and it did ease. I don't know if Prostap caused it or my anxiety but it made me miserable! xx
