Mine grew from 6cm to 9cm in 3 months so I wouldn’t say rapid but normal? Are u having it removed?

Meant to be having laparoscopy this week privately. I am worried about finances so think going to have to leave it and wait for nhs.

Mine grew from 1.6cm to 6cm in 3 weeks. Tried to Google what is normal growth rate but very little joy.

Not sure what is normal but would be interested to learn about others' experiences.

Oh wow, that is rapid!! Mine was 4cm to 5cm. Did you have yours out straight away once they saw that?

No, it ruptured when I climbed up into the attic to get the Christmas tree...probably not my smartest move but it did save me getting my ovary removed. Hahaha

There are some hormone treatments that are supposed to slow down growth. It would probably be wise to speak to your gynae about them and definitely discuss the side effects before making a decision.

Good luck. xx
