Since having my twins I haven’t been experiencing period/endo pains but I have been getting a pain in my left side once my period has finished. It’s quite strong, dull, comes and goes and my stomach is quite tender. It’s seems to be getting stronger as the months go on.
How anyone else had this? What did you do to relieve it? I’ve been told I’ve got to have more surgery once I’ve finished having my family.
Hi, Sorry to say this and don’t meant to scare you but sounds like you might have a cyst as that’s exactly what mine felt like both times before they were drained.
Get an ultrasound scan to check your ovaries xxx
Thank you. I’ve got a cyst on both ovaries, they are quite large. I’ve had them drained twice before but they fill up so quick.
It’s goid to know what it probably is though x
I had 5cm cyst drained in Feb 2018, by April it was 20mm again!
Again had it drained in October, grew to 27mm again by end of February, helped along a little bit by stims, Just had it drained again last Friday at my egg collection. I know the frustration! If your not wanting more children ask them to remove the cyst rather than drain it. This can damage your egg reserves x
Wow! My cysts slightly reduced in both of my pregnancies and I haven’t had a big flare up for about 18 months. I’ve got 3 boys so we probably have finished, I can only get pregnant with ivf as I’ve had both tubes partly removed but I’m not ready to say we definitely don’t want anymore.
