Endometriosis pain back

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this also.

Had my laparoscopy on 31/01 and around a week ago I received a letter which was a copy of notes from my consultant to my doctor. Even though they found endometriosis in my pouch of Douglas and on top of my bowel, he doesn't think my chronic pain is caused by this. I have had removed and now today I am already back in excruciating pain. Could it be back already or should I explore what my consultant has said?
