Waiting times at Oxford Endometriosis Centre?

Hi Ladies, wondering what experiences people have with wait times at the Oxford Endo centre? Referred 4 weeks ago and no communication yet.

I was under my local hospital but following my recent MRI , consultant said it was one of the worst he's seen in 16 years of doing his job and too complex for him to fix, so has referred me on ( which is what I wanted in the first place) My first lap in 2015 was supposed to last me 10 years....Now being told I need min of 2 surgeries and potentially colostomy bag etc.

They told me it's a long wait to be seen, but no idea how long that is. So hoping to hear of others timescales to get some perspective.

Hi i was referred there in September, I had my first appointment on the 11th feb and I got my appointment a week later for my mri which is not till the 22 March. Xx

Thank you for coming back to me. It's such a long wait, having my MRI results already mat hopefully speed things up a bit but I won't hold my breath! Good luck with yours x

I have had to wait 9 months to see consultant and now I need a hysterectomy and they have told me 12-18 months so I’m looking into getting a loan as I can’t wait any longer it’s so bad and cure for us all in so much pain at the time x good luck
