Is this normal?

Hi all. I’m going to apologise in advance because this may seem like a bit too much information but I would be grateful of any advice or if anyone else has experienced this.

I’m on the depo injection therefore I don’t get periods, haven’t had one for months and months. Had my laparoscopy on the 23rd of Jan and I’ve just started bleeding, not heavily but there was also something that looked to be a clot on my panties? Not very big but still, I just wanted to know is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance x
