Zodalex injections

Hi everyone I was just wondering for a bit of advice,doctors believe I have endometriosis and I’m having an operation on the 25th January however I’ve been having groselin injections also known as zodalex,yesterday at work I collapsed as I was in pain and I was believed to have had 2 fits lasting 40-50 seconds has anyone else experienced this and should I be worried ?

I had a chocolate cyst (endometrioma) that burst, causing agony and fainting - apparently I had a fit too. I was rushed to hospital to have it removed. I think for me it was the combination of pain, shock and sudden blood loss. I was white, and the paramedic couldn’t find any of my veins to inject painkillers.

I’d suggest going to your gynae (or at the very least calling 111 for urgent medical advice) to check there’s nothing going on.

Without sounding cynical, it was a good thing this happened at work, now they won’t be in doubt about the seriousness of your condition!

Hi thanks for replying and yeah today I am feeling much better Thankyou,sorry to hear that you had to go through that and yeah about a year ago I had a cyst on my ovary and that burst so maybe it’s worth mentioning to the doctors on Friday and yeah I’m also glad it happened at work and not just at home many thanks Beth x

I had this problem I got my doctors done for it, took me five years to get an appointment to look into it, get the contact number or email for your doctors higher power, write them a letter talking them dates and what has been said they dealt with my letter straight away and I got my op in the next month.
