Itching of Cyst

Hi all, Has anyone experienced itching deep where cyst is? I am not complaining - it follows 2 days of very bad pain on day 19/20 of cycle so such a relief the pain eased. It’s the type of itching that feels healthy - as in healing. It might not mean a good thing. Something not experienced with this before and secretly hoping , as itching is sign of immune system, it is attacking the cyst! Or the cyst got infected?
