Period pain and micro bleeding 2 weeks before period (on pill)

Hi!

I don’t know if this is endometriosis related but I’ll try here, as I’m a bit worried.

I had (protected) sex on Monday, but on the second time, the condom came out a bit red. It did hurt a lil sometimes but I though it was because we didn’t do ourselves any favour (lol)...

The next days, I started having the sort of pain I have before my period stars, around my lower abdomen and my pubis.

I say pain but it’s not painful, I can just tell that it’s working down there.

Also, when I go toilets, I notice that there’s a very small amount of blood, even tho it’s been a week since my intercourse.

I had irregular period so I was put on the pill when my PCOS was diagnosed to regulate them, so from seeing how much pills I got left, my period are not due for at least another 10 days, more or less.

I’m seeing my GP on Monday, but I just wanted to see if anyone had this before or know what it could be...
