Having my second op in 2 years today... feeling incredible nervous, I’ve done it before but for some reason that doesn’t help with the anxieties.

Any wise words for recovery to help me get back on my feet faster...

Hi, I just wanted to say good luck for your second lap. You will be absolutely fine, and the doctors are going to sort out your problems for you. You're going to be anxious no matter what number lap it is. Take it easy after your lap and enjoy the lazy days 😄
