Period pains

Hi ladies just wondered if you could give me a bit of advice I've been having regular pop smears which keep coming back abnormal I've had three Loops procedures done and in the last 6 months I've been experiencing very painful periods pain before periods pain after periods bleeding heavily .period lasting for 8 days then missing periods so I went to see my doctor and they sent me for a scam they have told me I have a small fibroid measuring 14 ×16 mm the endometrium is thickened and heterogenous with a more focal hyperechoic area measuring 12 ×6 mm suggestive of endometrial polyp and Tracy free fluid in the right adnexa i have a colposcopy appointment 12/11/18 has anybody experienced anything similar and if so what was the outcome thanks

Hi, was just wondering what the trace of free fluid in the right adnexa was? My scan said exactly the same but I haven't heard any more about It? Thanks. Hope all your tests were Ok!
