Anyone with endometriosis get cervix pain/twinges in run up to period?

I used to think this was just part of period pain (even though I’ve only been experiencing it for about 2 years). But I’ve recently been diagnosed with endometriosis (bowel and bladder) and it’s making me realise that other things I experience could well be endometriosis related. I’ve heard of ‘lightening crotch’ and I guess it’s similar to how women describe that. Pain or twinges, sometimes a bit sharp, which feel like they come from high up my vagina, or my cervix. It happens in the days before my period starts. I have a gynaecologist appointment tomorrow to discuss my laparoscopy so I will also mention it then.
