Endometriosis pain and stomach bug

Hi all just had a tummy bug but as taken ages to clear up and as really set off my endo I’m in bad bad pain I my tummy is bloated and I constantly feel sick n dizzy as anyone else been like this after a bug xxx

I get tummy bugs of all kinds. Sometimes from spicy food or things I am not sure of. It usually presents as diarrhoea. I have found taking Imodium tablets helpful. I have also stopped taking diary in whatever form. When I feel dizzy after a tummy bug, I take a DIY Oral Rehydration Therapy to replace electrolyte. Going for 30 minutes walks helps with the bloat. I usually either let out farts or end up emptying my bowels after taking a walk.
