Endometriosis: at a loss on what to do

Hi, I've not been on here for a while but feel like I need some support so I've come back onto this site. I'll start by telling you a bit about me; I'm 20 years old and was diagnosed with Endometriosis when I was 18 I'd struggled for years and was so tough to get medics to take me seriously. I've tried so many different treatment options I've had two laparoscopic surgeries the second one had shown deep infiltrating endo, hormones (different types) false menopause, pain relief, dietary changes but nothing has made my situation any better. I live with constant pain and have been put on a lot of various medications (inc. amitriptyline, noritriptyline) The consultants Ive seen are just leaving me to live like this. I have had to give up my full time job and just do agency when I can. It really has a huge impact on day to day life. I've ended up in hospital five times with the pain as I've not been managing at home so the GP just sends me straight to hospital. I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel at the moment. I'm at a loss on what to do. Nothing is working. I feel we are running out of options. This sounds awful to say but sometimes I just wish I could get rid of my reproductive organs if only I could get my life back. Endometriosis has taken so much from me. I just don't know what else to do.
