TMI nut period talk!

When I first started my period when I was about 9-10 they was really heavy but had no pain, some days I would forget I’m on my period because I had no pain and never suffered from PMS after losing my virginity my period would come every month but on different days but I’ve notice for over a year how it’s changed completely now. I get sore heavy breasts about 1-2weeks before I start my period and sometimes diarrhoea and for the first 3days they are extremely heavy with massive mucus type blood clots and then they become extremely light and before I used last about 6days now it’s like 4-5days I last. Last year when I went on my family holiday I started spotting so assuming I was started my period I started wearing pads but as I got to the third day it wasn’t getting heavy and I was just spotting which is unusual for me and when I got back of holiday two weeks later I started my period. Now I’ve started get extreme pelvic pain and cramps and sore boobs also feeling very tired when I’ve done nothing at all. I was also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and take slow releasing metformin for it.
