I don't know what to do about this pain I am out of options when it effects everyday tasks like walking I have no idea what to do cause I have to go to work cause without money can't do anything but can't work with this pain!!

Im so sorry to hear that you feel that way. Have you had any surgery to treat the endo?
Yes, I've been in those shoes. But the shot I received mine again on yesterday and I don't think it makes my back hurt, because it hurts all the time I thought it was endo on my pelvis aggravating nerves.
No no surgery not even a diagnosis there are so many things it could be I'm done guessing gonna have to just go to hospital
