Gastroparesis/intestinal issues

Hi everyone,

Has anyone got experience with gastroparesis or similar?

For most of last year I had only a liquid diet while I awaited endo bowel surgery (it was found in previous lap but I had to wait for a colorectal surgeon). I had the surgery last year but ended up with similar issues and pain on the opposite side. They are going back in to see what it is and remove any endo/adhesions that may be the cause.

Basically I just feel like my digestive system doesn’t work. I know someone with severe gastroparesis and I don’t think I’m that bad, but trying to find a safe diet is taking over every thought! There doesn’t seem to be a specific food except fibre. I’m finding it really hard to keep my nutrition up without getting too much fibre. I’m happy to eat the same three meals every day, I don’t care about taste, but at this point I can’t even figure out that!
