Hi all. I'm looking for some advice.. I'm quite unwell at the moment with pain right side, nausea, no appetite, memory loss etc. Feel very depressed.no energy. Horrible taste in mouth.I had fatty liver about 5 years ago but no other symptoms then. I'm really scared now as I feel I'm so poorly ( not in hospital yet ) last blood test 9 days ago showed ALT levels about 80.. now 9 days on the latest one showed 180. I feel so run down and emotional. I have got appointment on 30th August with liver specialist. I have a feeling it's end stage liver disease. Also if I get rushed into to hospital or go down hill would I be sent to one of the liver transplant centres?would they make exceptions if I'm not on the waiting list. Also have family who would be willing to do living donor. I'm only 29
