Has anyone ever taken Utovlan and has any experiences they can share with me?

Hi, yes I've been taking it for a couple of years now, I have been ok with it, it has helped with my IBS, moods, hot sweats. I don't have any breaks from it, one consultant says u didn't need to another said I should every 3 month. The bleed ona break is pretty horrendous, or mine was hence going with the first consultants view!

Hey. Thank you for replying. I’m getting married next week and may be on so doctor prescribed these, I took 1 but didn’t feel right so I stopped and didn’t take anymore it was only 5mg, how long after should I get my period, it’s only been one day? Xx

Hi, I started taking it due to heavy bleeding. If I was to stop them it would be 3/4days before I started . I'm not sure just taking 1 tablet would have . Sorry. Good luck for the wedding

It didn’t agree with me, but I know of people that it’s worked wonders for x

Hey. Thank you for replying. In what ways didn’t it agree with you if you don’t mind me asking. I am getting married next weekend and may be on so the doctor prescribed these however I took one and just didn’t feel right so I stopped, I still haven’t come on yet but it’s only been one day so far, how long after you stopped the medication did your period follow? Xx

I bleed constantly anyway, that’s why I took it, didn’t make a difference, gave me really bad headaches and made my urine worryingly dark despite the amount I was drinking, lasted 6 days on it before my doctor took me off it xx
