I was wondering if anyone else get sacroiliac pain caused by their endo?
I’m waiting for a lap- should be October- which today feels like a lifetime away as I lie here in agony.
I can’t tilt my pelvis and can barely walk, I need help to stand and pain killers barely take the edge off. I always have pelvis pain but today is at a whole new level- this happened this time last year and I actually got stuck on the floor and couldn’t move for almost 3 hours but since I had intensive rehab physio it had become bearable. But for some reason it’s flared up again.
My mum is a women’s health physio and thinks I might have endo around my joint- has anyone else experienced this? Or even pains similar that know what it is?
I’m so thankful for this app in times like this because the support everyone has for each other is a comfort. Thanks for reading! Any suggestions or similar experiences I would love to hear from you!

Sorry to hear you are in such pain, that sounds awful!
I sometimes suffer from SIJ pain but I think in my case it's not related to endo.
However, I have been reading Dian Shepperson Mills book Endometriosis - A Key to Healing and Fertility through Nutrition and implemented some of the dietary changes she suggests and three weeks in, I am already feeling so much relief from endo related pain.
I can only recommend reading this book and find a nutritionist to help you with the changes!
