Endometriosis came back worse - freaking out.

Hi. I had a diagnostic laparoscopy 2 years ago (found adhesions and several chocolate cysts around my ovaries along with a distended bowel) and over the past year the symptoms have returned ten times worse. I have near constant pain in my pelvis, under both my ribs and in my stomach, I constantly need to pee (TMI, I know) and BM's are agony. Ive been to a&e twice with crippling stomach pain (they just said i have trapped wind and sent me home feeling embarrassed). My gynea is convinced I have IBS and wants me to have the coil fitted to stop my periods all together, but I doubt it will do anything and most of my family members have suffered with it migrating.

Does anyone else have any experience with these symptoms? Should I be worried there is something else going on?

* Sorry for the long post, it's my first time posting and I just wanted to give as much info as I could.

Wr thesame.i have endometriosis.i had my surgery year 2013 then after that, i have again.then i decided to go again in surgery laparoscopy this time but because of my age my OB told me to go to KATO Biotech for us.this is our last chance if we like to concieve and have our baby.
