Hi everyone,

I recently had a lap and they didn’t find endo like they were expecting however they found two fibroids. I am currently 5w 5d pregnant my hormone levels were rising but have began to level off, my doctor did an ultrasound last week and repeated again today. They cant find the sac or any sign of the pregnancy. They have given me 2 days to decide whether to go in for a lap, they are worried it could be ectopic. However they have also said the fibroid could be blocking the pregnancy. Has anyone had an ultrasound scan at 5 weeks and not found the pregnancy because it was hiding behind the fibroid? Any advice much appreciated!!!!
