Heavy dull ache feeling in my pubic bone area has gotten so much worse today. It normally feels like an elephant is sat on my uterus haha but today it felt so much heavier and painful.
I know it’s ovulation atm for me so I don’t know if this is making the pain worse but I was playing golf today so walking for 4 hours has probably not helped. The pain has gone into my hips and lower back as well as my pubic bone area.
When I mentioned it to my gynae and doctor, they both said it’s to do with uterus and ovaries etc
Does anyone know what could be causing this feeling and what could be making it worse?

My ovulation pain is nearly as bad as my period pain but I don't have endo on my ovaries, was very surprised when they told me my tubes and ovaries were fine as I get so much pain when I ovulate xx
I had severe endo on ovaries and uterine wall and had this a lot but after TAH BSO it is still there. Bearing down and intrusive pain spreading into back and hips. Slightest strain especially lifting weight or bending, excess walking sets it off. Lost hope of it getting better. This is so crazy nothing helps like. Painkillers, natural remedies nothing at all. Coping strategies is the only answer. Heat and rest works for me.
I get pain in my hips and lower back all the time and I'm like you I do a lot of walking. But I don't get it in my pubic bone. I've put the pain down to my ovary's doing odd stuff and my Dr told me that as well because of where it is. I have to take pain killer's daily to help deal with it. Xx
It's really not nice for you to have to go through this I find pain killer's don't really help apart from mefenamic acid prescribed from my Dr even then it only helps a little but it's better than nothing. What pain killer's have you tried?
At least you have you're lap coming up soon and you'll get answers. Xx
