I hade surgery to remove a large lump of severe Endo from my rectum wall four weeks ago. I’ve done long walks, Pilates and HIITS (love a HIIT in particular) to keep me fit and weight down, mental health etc. up until now. Does anyone have any tips on how to get back into this?
Many thanks in advance

You're the same as me regarding exercise! I started at about 2 weeks post lap with light yoga stretches and listened / felt what my body was comfortable with. Then did slightly more, kind of like about 30 mins twice a day with some meditation. At 3 weeks post lap I started back on the HIIT but with the very beginners reps, and just took it slow using muscle memory rather than power and speed, with varied routines to work out what my body liked. By week 4 I was pretty much at 100% aside from some shooting pains in my core if I pushed myself too far or didn't pay attention to my form.
Take it slow, your simple pilates will help to start with xx
