Doctors dont believe me about my symptoms

So after fighting for years I finally got a lap last year which confirmed I had endometriosis stage 1 in a couple of areas. It was treated and I wad given the mirena which I had to get removed as it made all my symptoms worse. I had a meeting with a pelvic pain team who said that it could not be endometriosis as it was removed during surgery and since the coil didnt work it wasnt endometriosis too. I have been sent for an MRI but I am confused as I was under the impression that a lap is the only real way to diagnose endometriosis. I have read many books which all say that endometriosis can return after surgery so why are the doctors saying I cant possibly have endometriosis anymore?

I am so confused and feel absolutely hopeless now, I am in constant pain with nausea, bloating and upset stomach all the time to name a few and I just cant keep going on like this. They wont give me anything stronger than codeine as they do not believe I am in pain, I spend every night crying because of this and honestly if it wasnt for my child I wouldnt want to live anymore its gotten so bad. Please if you have any advise I would be very greatful, thank you! X
