oh no poor you :(

have you talked to your gp about time off work, so you can mentally get through this, that may help you manage your feelings - after all it is a grieving process as much as it is painful.

The pain I have heard can be extreme as your body needs to reject everything so it takes a while :( - another reason to have time off work.

If you can't get to your gp perhaps look at going to a walk in center or if in the UK call 111 the NHS helpline as they can book emergency appointments with your gp or another one close by even walk in center or out of hours clinics.

Could you perhaps talk to HR directly as to their processes? I think there is more push for a miscarriage to be recognised as a bereavement - the company may have things put in place to help women but your manager may not be aware of / may not think you need the support.

If you're in the UK you can talk to a member of UNITE as to what to do / what you can do and what work must be seen to be doing with regard to your situation. If you are a member you can arrange a face to face meeting, I've found them really useful for my endo and support during pain / symptom times with regard to what work should be doing to help. If youre work doesn't comply with UNITE guidance they can be investigated. I know it won't help immediately or with the pain; but it will help emotionally, work getting you all stressed wont help you get well.
