After sex pain management

Okay gals, what are your tips for managing pain after sex?

Heat pad/hot water bottle, rest and peppermint tea. To be honest it won’t take the pain away but makes me a little more comfortable x

Hot water bottle between my legs, and if it's really bad, I run a shallow warm bath and sit in there. It doesn't get rid of it, but it's the only thing I've found that helps. I did try ice once, but I think I prefer heat! x

Heat, heat, heat, right?!

Personally, I also up the meds. I have chronic back and leg pain (I'm in the US) so I increase those a bit and I also take two extra asparin. Rest and lay down afterwards and when walking take steps a little more gently (much like of times my pelvic pain flares up).
