Does anyone find it difficult to empty their bowels. Currently I am taking movicol, senacot and I am following the endo diet. I don’t know if this is related to endo or not. Also once a month when I am meant to be on my period I get frequent urination and horrendous pelvic pain.

I have it one way or another. I’m either constipated or constantly on the toilet!! Also gets painful if I don’t go to the toilet straight away and wait.
