Hello lovely ladies. Chronic pelvic pain is the norm for me and when I do have the cramping which is most days I find heavy lifting makes it worse or it’s too painful just to bend over.
Do you think it be wise to stop doing heavy lifting all together and get a doctors note?
Also I suffer from daily fatigue, is been going on now for over a month I constantly feel unwell. I’m taking daily barroca which I think my body has got used to I’m taking magnesium before bed to help with cramping, I rarely drink coffee, I drink 4-5 litres of water a day, I eat plenty of fruit and veggies. But the fatigue is bad I’m walking at snails pace with temperature and I’m taking afternoon naps..
I spoke to my gp and she said oh cyst la don’t reallt cause tiredness (tell me something I don’t already know right) but then I said I am most likely to have an Endometrioma cyst, and endometriosis causes tiredness. She gave me all the documentation for the blood tests ladies are these tests correct

I too suffer chronic pelvic pain from.chronic PID infections. I cannot bend down or lift heavy things. Don't forget when you lift you use ypur stomach muscles and ypur pelvic area also has a role to play. I would stop lifting heavy things it's not helping you. Can I ask why you suffer chronic pelvic pain, do you have any dignosis? I too am fatigued and take naps in the afternoon. I suffer with dysfunctional bleeding and currently on oral provera and it is making my pelvic pain worse. Have u experienced this on the pill at all? I am trying to eat healthier but it is hard. xx
Hi I have an endometrioma cyst on my left ovary. I need the laproscopy to confirm it’s definitely endometriosis related.
I’m on the pill he’s i have been on it even before all this has developed. I used to bleed on this pill even after taking it everyday but now the bleeding has completely stopped.
I’ve been on the pill for over a year now.... it’s the best one I’ve been on yet because I get no side affects.
I’ve always got chronic pelvic pain I went to see a chiropractor in October and it’s been so much better.
Having done so much reading on heavy bleeding and endo and fibroids it seems to suggest it's from estrogen dominance. There are quite a lot of foods that are estrogenic so I'm trying cut them out. You should have a look on Amazon.com not UK as thete are loads of books on estrogen and progesterone x
