Depo-provera shots/Tramadol/Hysterectomy

I had 2 depo-provera shots and scan after 5 months showed ovary stuck to uterus. For 3 weeks prior to scan had bleeding, severe pelvic, back & neck pain, no sex drive, stressed, anxiety attacks, pain when breathing, pressure in bowels, bloating and nausea.

I would like to know why this occurred while taking the depo shots as I took them before and didn't happen?

Doctor now recommends full hysterectomy at age 31. He only prescribed tramadol 100mg SR as he said if he gives me morphine I won't be able to work. All I have been taking for last few weeks are pain meds.

It's a lot to process and at a very difficult time at work as I just had discussions about a salary increase due to responsibilities not adequately compensated and also bidding to move into another department.

Everyday feels like a fight at work with how I'm feeling with difficulty concentrating, pain and nausea. I'm afraid I will lose my job so seriously considering putting off operation for a while knowing I'll just get worse with time.

Feel so hopeless and alone with what I'm going through. Don't know the best way to explain to employer what's happening. To me employers expects you to present & productive nothing else matters.
