I have stage 3 endo. 2 surgeries and 7 months later tricycling the bc pill. Originally I was put on 20mcg but the break through bleeding became an issue. I am currently on 50mcg which is just on the fence of preventing any breakthrough bleeding because I still do (especially towards the end of a pack) but not for long and it isn’t heavy. This never happened before any of my surgeries and I never had pain every day, not knowing I had endo, but I do now. Does anyone else need such a high dose? Do you think surgery can make endo worse or is it more likely adhesions? Any advice or opinion would be appreciated 🙏🏼
