Pregnancy advice please!!

Hey everyone, basically I had a laproscopy June 2017 where they found endometriosis in the pouch of douglas so they attempted ablation but there was still some left. I've tried mirena coil which was rubbish so went on zoladex for 6 months which worked really well. Saw my new gynaecologist today who thinks I have adenomyosis as apposed to endometriosis in the rectovaginal septum which is what previous gynaecologist thought. She's told me to have my implant removed and to try for a baby!! I'm 26, have a 5 yo with my husband so would like another one but don't think now is the best time financially etc. Has people got any experience with endometriosis in POD and adenomyosis? If so is pregnancy the best way forward? Have I got other options? They also mentioned that where the endometriosis is it might affect fertility anyway so worried about that too. Sorry for the long post just hope someone can advise
