Hi Kimbarl, prostap and zoladex basically do the same thing. I was given zoladex the first month by my GP, but then the practice nurse changed it to prostap from the second month - she told me the prostap is usually a bit better tolerated as it's a bit 'nicer' to have as it's just a normal injection as opposed to an implant.
I started the hrt immediately as I was advised to by the endometriosis specialist nurse at my bsge centre. I had some night sweats about 3 weeks in, but that didn't last so I definitely think the hrt has helped in that respect.
