Nothing found after Laparoscopy

So after another year of on and off pelvic pain , back and forth to the doctors, then specialist I opted for a Laparoscopy and to also have the Mirena coil fitted at the same time. So after my lap the surgeon came out and said she found nothing! So now I am very confused! Is the pain being caused by something else? Although the pain seems the same as it has done in the past.

I am now very confused as to what’s going on! I went back to my doctor who has given me pills to stop the bleeding as I have bled for the past two months.... even before having the coil fitted, and on top of the confusion I still have severe pain and now have horrendous stomach cramps from the coil! Enough that at some points I’ve wanted to rip it out!!

Has anyone else gone through anything like this? Very confused and worried!
