Heh, can any one give me some advise on how to they have stoped having their periods?

It’s just Iv always found it hard not to bleed but after 4 years we kind of had its sorted to only 2 week every mouth but it’s stop and now I’m always on and it’s really getting to me, I don’t think I can go another year trying to get it sorted again. It’s so physical draining and it’s really getting me down.

In the past I have tried every way to stop it and never did. They only thing I haven’t had is the menpause jab but I’m scared to have it as I really want children in the future. X

I'm guessing you've tried contraceptive pills? You can take some of them back to back and they can stop periods.

There are injections that can cause menopause like symptoms but when it stops being effective your fertility isn't affected.

I have yes and iv done that in the past I never have breaks in pills as me and my doctor found it didn’t help.

Oh I was only told about one and my doctor said that it could so he didn’t want to put me on it as he knew I really wanted a family in the futur.

to be honest all hormone treatments can affect your normal cycles; it's shown that the longer you take it for the longer it can take when you've stopped for your body to resume normal cycles.

it may be a good idea to find out what hormones your doctor is thinking of and then look them up / ask on here for what peoples experiences are.
