Yes I can relate. I have scarring on my belly from all the times I've given myself blisters from heat pads. The pain is so extreme and it can feel like there is no release, and it feels desperate... I understand completely.

Please though, go speak to your gp and be honest with how you are feeling. I don't know what your current pain treatment is / current health situation, but there are a variety of things they can offer that can help ease the discomfort (also lots of great tips on here of course).

Also, when you are feeling low, please try and think on something positive in your life (I know that is sometimes immensely difficult). Like think on a good friend you have, even be happy when the sky is blue or something. And remember: even this shall pass. Nothing in life is ever completely permanent, and whilst your pain may be severe for a while, a lesser pain day can and will come.

Best of luck to you. Hugs!

Please talk to somebody about your feelings. It's a difficult thing to deal with, but don't let it take over your life. This is why we are all here, trying to unite and help eachother through this pain. Plenty of people on here are going through exactly what you are, you are not alone.

But I've felt the same just wanted to chop off the bottom half of my body it was useless and didn't work anyway. But you do have better days when the pain is less and you have to enjoy them. No one will every really appreciate the pain untill they have experienced it which is why these groups and other support groups are so important.

It can all start to effect your mind I felt people thought I was exaggerating and just wanted time off work and I would push myself so much that I would just sit in my car and cry in pain.

We all understand here but keep fighting and enjoy the good days xxx

Sorry to hear you feel so awful make sure you speak to someone, I have felt the same and nothing made me feel any better until I spoke to someone and got help it helped me so much. There are lots of people who care for you don't be afraid to get support from family or friends your only human, but also see your doctor tell them how terrible you feel and how low your feeling , lots of love xxx

Holleymuzz I know the feeling although I haven’t had this for long (don’t even know if it is endometriosis) and I have 3 children!

Pain makes you so desperate! It feels like nothing in life is worth living for unless it goes away... I have thought the same thoughts after a hot bath that didn’t help... felt so desperate!

BUT I lost someone very close to me who gave up during one of her difficult times. We were 25 and it is 21 years ago... I still miss her every day and wish she would have hung in there.

Hung in there when it is bad! Talk to someone!!!!

Sending you much love

the fact that this condition doesnt stop completely makes us to feel it is worse than it is. however it is nothing compared to super serious conditions which may kill you in the end. I think thinking about it everyday and making it the center of your life is not the best way. ofc you should be aware of what you have but try to think it not as serious and treat it as a nonlifethreatening condition which you should manage. noone dies from it and there are ways to increase painless days. be it surgery, diet or pills. focus on finding the best option for yourself as it is different for everyone. stay strong, you are not alone.

I understand what you are saying. I have 3 chronic conditions. It’s taken me time to manage these conditions. The endometriosis on top, which is increasing in momentum and issues is completely and utterly soul destroying x
