Little confused...

So i never saw the surgeon yesterday for full update as he had to rush off. All i know is they found and ablated endo behind my uterus and bladder. Which i think makes sense based on the symptoms i was suffering so i am super releived in a way to have an explination for the pain. And hopefull that i can be pain free in future, i mean i know it grows back but hopefully not for a while. Feels like a big middle finger to all the docs before who made me feel like a crazy hypocondriac.

The bit i am confused about is that he said he tried putting dye through my tubes and couldnt get any in, they appear totally blocked. He said sometimes they can spasm so he tried multiple occassions but still no luck. He hasnt said what they are blocked with. Just that he would discuss my options when he sees me in a month. That feels like a long time to wait. Would this likely be the endo blocking them? Also i read that the only way to identify the cause of the blockage is laparoscopy or hysteroscopy and since he did both why would he not have been able to tell the cause?

Im guessing this was the last part of proceedure he tried as it was put across as "we may as well check them whilst we are there since you have had trouble conceiving" and had to rush off to his nhs job. So maybe he will want to go back in for a second look at that. My surgery had been postponed from day before as theatre was backlogged,he was very apologetic as would normally take time to talk to me once i was a bit less drugged up. Anyway as he spoke to me in recovery i was still off my face and can remember what he said but couldnt respond at all. He said i could email him in the mean time so i may do that.
