How many of you with Endo also have low B12 and/or low Vit D?
If it's a common thing then I'm wondering whether everyone should be tested when diagnosed.
I just found out recently and started having B12 injections this week and after a few days have noticed that I woke up for the first time in three years feeling slightly refreshed.
I'm putting this up to find out if others may benefit. Thanks

I was diagnosed with a vitamin D Deficiency before I found out I had Endometriosis. My doctor sent me for a Ultra sound scan which found a 6cm cyst and adhesions. Then a consultant told me I had a endometriosis.
I do suffer with exhausting fatigue and have also been taking Vitamin B12.
I find drinking nettle tea (clipper brand) and freshly squeezed lemon in filtered tap water helped me with lifting the fatigue enough to get through the day.
The past couple of years has been worse. I now go 2/3 days of constant fatigue i sleep for 14hrs n still need more. I go to work then come home and have to go to bed. After those days im fine but who knows about the future x
Oh my god interesting!! I have endo stage 4 and I have b12 injections every 10 weeks for pernicious anaemia! I’m tired all the time and always it it down to b12. But there must be a link there!! 😩
Just want to make clear I'm not a doctor so not an expert but low B12 is not always due to pernicious anaemia so was curious. Sorry to hear you're so tired. It's rubbish isn't it? I hope that you are able to do some lovely relaxing things to help 😊
