Endometriosis, PCOS, Adenomyosis and Fibroids... Anyone else have pretty much every Gynae condition going!?

Just come back from a hospital appointment to be told my recent MRI Scan has shown new things being.. Adenomyosis and Fibroids. This is to add to my Endometriosis (officially diagnosed 5 years ago) and PCOS (diagnosed 2 years ago).

Anyone have all of these? And if so do you have children/have had or are having difficulty conceiving?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Jade, I have fibroids, Adenomyosis and endometriosis. I am 35, no kids. Tried two rounds of IVF and in one they managed to get an egg. Unfortunately it incorrectly fertilised. In another round I think I ovulated beforehand or I just had a poor round. Right now focusing on getting my endo fixed before trying again.

Hi Minchoo, thank you for replying. So sorry to hear about your previous IVF. Are you scheduled for a lap? My fingers are crossed for you that it helps!

I went to go see someone today at a BGSE Center she said I have stage III possible IV I am scheduled on her list within 4 months. I have asked to be put on the cancellation list. In the meantime I am on Zoladex. Which she said was a standard treatment for endo sufferers it also helps with your fibroids. I am going to try as much as I can! Don’t give up. If I cannot do it with my own eggs, then I will definitely be looking at donor eggs and have always wanted to adopt (but also have 1-2 with our gene pool). But hey whatever the universe wills. Just staying positive. Recovering from an infection going to focus on my fitness and my condition and take each day as it comes.

Fingers crossed something comes up sooner for you. I have been on Prostap in the past before I had my last surgery also. Wishing you all the luck and positivity. But taking each day as it comes is the best way to manage our unfortunate hand we have been delt! Take care xxx

Hi Jade, know the feeling i have vulvadynia too :( haven't got any children, it doesn't look a possibility now but do keep your pecker up (always sounds such a strange expression lol!) and take care x

Gosh! I haven't even heard of that one, I had to Google it sounds awful!! Sorry to hear that you feel it's not a possibility now! Yes trying to stay positive and trying not to focus on it all because as well all know stress just exacerbates our conditions. Thank you for replying and take care xxx
